The room is sizeable with a sofa and work desk so nice to hang out in too. You'll have access to the lounge (wood stove), kitchen, bathroom and lovely big, private garden. It is well located: 2 miles from small town of Llandysul. 10 from Lampeter, 10 from the beautiful Ceredigion coast and beaches, 8 from Newcastle Emlyn, 20 from the county town of Carmarthen. I am away for half of the year so you'll have the place to yourself a lot of the time. It is my much loved home and I'm looking for someone who will respect that and look after it, who has interests of their own, who will be out and about and not just staying in.
