Shared sitting room and use of dining room (perhaps for office work?). Broadband/Wi-Fi throughout. The house is centrally heated and there is a large yard for parking. Extensive gardens, including veg garden, herb garden and polytunnel.

Sorry, no pets - I have a cat (who mostly lives outside) and a friendly Jack Russell dog.

This arrangement could suit, for example, a professional person based in the area on fixed term contract and/or weekday residence only.
