The Room: A private room in a two-bedroom property.
Shared Areas: The lodger will have full access to the bright, shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen, the main bathroom, and a private garden area.

Logistics & Cost
Available From: Friday, 29th November
Rent: £110 per week. All bills included.
Payment: To be paid weekly via standing order.
Security Deposit: A £250 security deposit is required upon agreement, to be held against damages.
Contract: A lodger agreement contract must be signed upon final agreement.

Transportation: This property is located in a rural area with extremely limited public transport. The lodger must have their own reliable car for daily commuting. Private driveway parking is available.
Smoking Policy: I maintain a strictly non-smoking environment. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property (including garden/grounds). Vaping is acceptable outside the main residence.
Pets: No additional pets are permitted. The home is already occupied by one friendly resident cat.
Compatibility: We require a mature, tidy, and respectful housemate who is proactive in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.
