Spacious, serviced (weekly), socially distant accomodation. Rent includes all bills, weekly clean and linen change and a weekly complementary loaf of organic sourdough bread.

Alongside the double room with ensuite, there is a large open plan kitchen (with washing machine, fridge freezer, induction hob, microwave (with integrated small oven), pans and utensils), living (with flat screen TV, DVD player and library), and dining area (with table that doubles as work table). Additionally there is a sheltered courtyard area directly outside the annex with seating and table, available for use by the guest.

The driveway parking is available to owners of a small vehicle only.. (Similar in size to my skoda citigo). For larger vehicles there is plenty of free on street parking available nearby within the vicinity of this quiet neighbourhood.

The annex is located 5 minutes walk from beautiful Belhaven Bay and John Muir Trail. A short drive (1 mile) to the train station (direct to Edinburgh in 20 mins) and a short drive (less than a mile) to the local supermarket. It is thus well placed for access to work, shops and leisure.

The host (56, female) lives in a separate adjacent flat that is the other part of the 3 bed bungalow with her 18 year old son. We are a quiet household and are seeking a quiet non smoking guest to inhabit the annex. Social distancing is maintained and respected as living spaces and entrances are separate.

The flat is maintained to a high standard with weekly clean and linen change included (following current covid guidelines). The guest is able to enjoy a convenient, spacious, clean, full facility, maintenance free self contained annex whilst working away from home.

Occasional maintenance access may be required outwith the weekly servicing. Additionally the host may use the library of books, bottom drawer of the freezer, or washing machine whilst the guest is out. This will be done in an appropriate manner following current covid guidelines and the guest's space will be fully respected.
