Lovely home with double bedroom available to let. Choice of bedroom, both are double: one is light and airy, benefitting from glorious morning sunlight; the other is slightly larger and has excellent built-in storage.
Full shared access to rest of the house: bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, conservatory and garden.
Port Seton is a delightful seaside town: quiet, beautiful beach walks, lovely people, well-served with a co-op, a couple of lovely pubs and an amazing cafe. Close to Prestonpans station, which is just 15 minutes from Edinburgh Waverly. Good bus links to the city too.
I have two small dogs. I'd happily consider letting the room to someone with one dog, as long it got along with my two.
