The Room & Cottage: I have a lovely, calm and cosy double room available in my newly renovated and fully furnished three-bedroom seaside cottage. You'll have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom and living room, there is also a small third bedroom available that can be used as a home office should you work from home. There is also access to a shared Garden with a neighbour.

Location: Beautiful costal location, just a few minute’s walk to the beach.

Free on street parking if you drive, and excellent transport links—the bus stop is just 2 minutes away, and the quickest bus into the city centre takes around 45-50 minutes. Prestonpans trains station is 10 minute’s drive away and train takes only 15 minutes to Edinburgh City Centre via Queen Margaret University

About me: Although I am the live-in landlord, I am away for work most of the week and will only be home Friday-Sunday. Meaning you will mainly have the place to yourself. I will however have my super friendly loving dog with me so you will need to be ok with pets.

Ideal Tenant: Ideally looking for someone who can let the room for the full term. This house has been fully renovated with a lot of love and care so I mainly would like someone who will be respectful of the space.
