Professional male looking for honest, reliable, clean person/s to rent rooms in 4 bed detached house (more of a house share actually) in Port Seton, East Lothian. I work fairly long hours (you will probably use house more than me! ) I am easy going, enjoy a laugh, a night out and am fairly laid back.
There are excellent bus links to Edinburgh and rail links in nearby Longniddry or Prestonpans. Only 10mins by car to QMU and the Fort Kinnaird Retail Park.
I do have children although they live with my ex, on ocassional weekends I may have one staying over.
Should a couple wish to rent a room an additional supplement of £150 per month will apply.
If looking to rent for 3 months or less a room with single occupancy will be £100 per week.
