We are a relaxed and friendly couple. We like to walk, cycle and meet friends and lead quite a busy life. Myself and my husband work from home and would therefore prefer a professional person or student who will be out for most of the day. We may consider a male.
We also have an adorable cocker spaniel who loves people and is everyone’s friend.

You will have your own furnished double bedroom with private upstairs tv lounge/study and own bathroom. We have plenty of space you can make use of. There is a large main kitchen with family living/dining space, as well as a lovely lounge, garden and summer house. Lovely to use and chill during the spring and summer!

The house is in Dunbar, which is only 8 minutes walk to the train station taking you on a 25 minute train journey to Edinburgh. Dunbar also hosts a variety of shopping, supermarkets, cafes, bars. There are many lovely country walks and also lots of beautiful beaches.

We are looking to live with someone who is easy-going, but also likes to keep the house clean & tidy. This is a non-smoking home.
6-month lease initially. ( negotiable)
