Family home looking for a lodger

We live in East Linton, a village with bus and train connections to Edinburgh and easy reach of beaches and other amenities. The village is friendly with a couple of pubs and an ever growing community of independent businesses from coffee roasters to yoga studios.

We are looking for a lodger to take our ensuite double room for 6 months from January or thereabouts. We are a family of four, two children who are both at primary school, busy and easy to be around. We also have a cat and a tortoise. Our house has a decent garden with parking and lovely views.

We are both professionals, one working in the video and film industry and the other in the third sector. Sociable and friendly, our house can be busy at times, but easy going, welcoming and pretty relaxed in the evenings. The ideal lodger must not mind children (and the clutter they can create!) be respectful around others with good communication and a sense of humour!

The ensuite room has a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. Shared use of the kitchen/diner. Females preferred.

£620 per month, bills included.
