Helpful flatmate

If you’re on the hunt for a place to crash without breaking the bank, i’ve got a cozy double bedroom available for free, but in exchange for a bit of help around the house.
As my schedule is really busy and i have no spare time, i decided to rent out for free my spare room in a return of a few hours a week of your time to take care of the cleaning, cooking and some other minor household tasks. It’s perfect for someone reliable and responsible who loves a comfy home.
The room’s bright, fully furnished with a king size bed. I’m responsible and respectful person who likes to socialize but i also like my privacy and alone time.
My home is NOT suitable if you’re addicted to any substances or alcohol.
