Double room in modern family home

Newly decorated- double room. In family home. Haddington is in East Lothian is 20 miles outside Edinburgh. We are 10 minute walk from bus stop. 10 minute drive from nearest train station. Rent includes use of family bathroom (the master bedroom has an ensuite) dining- kitchen and utility facilities as well as the family living room. The room is at back of the house, looking into woodland. It’s next to the bathroom, has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and a built in wardrobe and drawers . We have a very friendly cockapoo who will always give you a very warm welcome. No couples and minimum stay 6 months.
