Furnished Double Bedroom With Shared Livingroom

Haddington is a beautiful little town drenched in fantastic history. There are plenty of stunning walks to go on, in and around the town and some fabulous eateries if you fancy eating out. We are situated at the very end of Haddington on the Dunbar side, so less than a one minute drive to the main road.

We have available a double bedroom in which it is furnished. The room holds a double bed, double mirrored wardrobe, matching bedside units, comfortable reading chair, TV, DVD, bed linen and towels. Also included in the cost is the use of 2 shared bathrooms, one is a bathroom the other a shower room, both with toilets and sinks, use of all facilities in the kitchen, all bills including broadband, gas, electric etc. You will also have shared use of a second sitting room, shared with another lodger.
Also garden and court yard with parking outside. Bus stop to Edinburgh is around one minute walk from the front door. We have two very small Imperial Shih Tzu dogs so lodger needs to not have an allergy to animals and must like dogs as they are very playful and friendly. This is a lived in home and that means that sometimes we are out working and other times we are at home so lodger needs to feel comfortable in sharing with others.
