Furnished single room to rent in semi detached house with garden in North Berwick. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is ample parking in the street.

2 minute walk to bus stop, 20 minute walk to train station and 10 minute walk to the beach.

I smoke but only ever outside, smokers are welcome but the same rule would apply. I live alone and am looking to share with a pleasant and tidy housemate. I also have a cat.
