You would have sole use of a large bedroom with 5 door wardrobe, the main bathroom (with sea views) and another bedroom/office/lounge space (with views to Bass Rock and Berwick Law). The main bedroom is on a separate floor at the opposite end of the flat, so great if you like your privacy!
You would also have your own car parking space and there is good storage space available in the flat and garage.
The large hall and kitchen/dining area are communal. You would be sharing with a professional female in her 50s and a friendly cat.
