Tentatively seeking a Lodger. 4 bed detached house in quiet country side location. Council Tax Band G. Room for Rent includes 100% separate bathroom (access via hallway), shared kitchen, garden, loft and conservatory facilities, plus private parking for 1 x car and the house has 2 x small living rooms, so one can watch TV separately. Current occupants = 1 x adult professional female and 3 (very spoiled) cats. Your room has been immaculately refurbished to a high standard and comes with a new bed and mattress. Would suit someone who 'mirrors' myself please: kind, courteous, respectful, tidy, quiet, an animal and wine lover. Professionals would be most welcome. You will hear bird song everyday and the neighbours are just wonderful. Your room is especially quiet as its faces a forest at the back, but when the power shower is in use there will be some humming from the side cupboard (usually 0715-0730 am's).
