I can give you a single mattress to use.
New tenant will bring his/her own furnishings. However, new tenant can share in using my pots, plates, cups, sandwich maker, kettle and microwave.
New tenant must be NEAT and TIDY; single (no couples allowed). New tenant must be a professional and must pay all bills as at when due. No parties allowed in the flat.
New tenant must be willing to clean the property and surroundings when it is their turn to do so.
WiFi, Council Tax, Gas & Electricity and TV Licence bills are not included in the rent. Rent and all bills comes to about £572 monthly.
