Looking for short let

Have two rooms available for a short term let for the weeks up to the end of March or any part of. . The house has a good sized kitchen and living room. Attractive, bright garden . The rooms have a double bed desk and storage space. . Close to shops railway station [edinburgh 14 mins] bus routes. All bills are included ,wireless broadband, linen available if required.
I am a friendly easy going self employed man normally very busy with work. The room is definately worth a look . Have had lodgers for a few years and hoping to sell house in the summer hence the short term lease.
