Double bedroom for rent

Hi there, I have a one bedroom flat that I would like to rent out between the middle of April and the end of August. There is parking outside and a security door at the main entrance. The flat is lovely inside and very clean. No smoking or pets though. The price would be £575 per month and that would include all bills including internet. The flat is completely furnished and you would have it to yourself. If a couple wanted to share the flat it would be £675 per month. Thanks, I will provide photos
