Room in Beverley

I currently have a single room available in my house. All bills included. Modern kitchen/lounge and bathroom. The house is a 10 minute walk from the town centre/train station/bus station/tesco etc. The room has a single bed, wardrobe and drawers.
There is sky tv in the lounge and wireless broadband internet(throughout). Also included in the price is Gas, electricity, water, council tax and TV licence etc. In the kitchen is: oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc. Central heating and double glazed throughout.
