Cosy terraced house in sought after area of Beverley, 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and 5 minutes from the Minster and Flemingate development. Excellent travel links to Hull, Cottingham, and surrounding areas.

Property comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms upstairs, one downstairs bedroom (live in landlady). Living room leading to new fitted galley kitchen and onto the bathroom with bath and over head shower. Nice garden to the rear. All bills included Netflix and WIFI also.
