I can offer a large room with a double bed and an ensuite shower room. It's a downstairs room at the front of the house, which faces south and consequently the room is full of natural light. The bungalow is in a quiet, peaceful part of town, with regular busses into Beverley, Hull and York. Westwood is a short cross country walk away. Morrisons and a Coop are nearby.
Additional to the room you would be sharing the living room, and kitchen with myself. There is also a large beautiful garden and a garage (useful for a bike).
You will have use of all appliances in the kitchen, including the washing machine, microwave, cooker etc.
The TV has netflix and other on demand channels.. Wifi is included, along with other utility bills.
Although I'm not a strict vegetarian, I rarely cook any meat other than fish.
My home would suit someone wanting a quiet lifestyle.
