Two bedrooms available for lodging

I have two bedrooms available for lodging in a 4 bedroom house that I am living in alone in Beverley.

Fully furnished lounge, kitchen, ensuite double bedroom, second toilet (2 toilets total), double bedroom and a patio area. There is one parking space on the property and free parking just a 2 minute walk away.

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils, etc, and there is a modern boiler, washing machine, dishwasher and wifi. The lounge has a tv and surround sound cinema system. I also have pedal bikes that can be borrowed if this interests you. I have a small gym set up which you can use (i can remove this easily if it is of no interest to you), as well as bikes that can be borrowed for leisure.

It is a spacious property with excellent transport links for commuting into hull, and fantastic access to a stunning town at a very competitive rate (inclusive of bills).

The property is situated in East Beverley next to the beck canal for easy access to the countryside (walking and running) , with easy access to Hull and York, as well as being just a ten minute walk from Beverley train station. Flemingate shopping centre is a 5 minute walk, Beveley Minster is a 5 minute walk too, as well as Beverley town centre (15 mins), the westwood (20mins) and many supermarkets nearby (lidl and aldi 5mins).

Due to the nature of my job I work away very often and will be gone for weeks at a time with the house empty. I can send you my working away schedule so you know when I will be around for the next 12 months (atleast 16 weeks away). I keep the house very clean and tidy and I am an engineer so I get things fixed quickly!
