Spacious lounge including 65inch TV, with catch up, etc. Large kitchen diner (very socialable area) with patio doors into the rear garden which is decked out ready for summer.
Bedroom consists of a single bed with two storage drawers, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room has a ceiling TV arm which can hold a large TV. Whilst the room is not en-suite, you will be the only person to use the family bathroom which is cleaned once a month.
Access to WIFI/Broadband.
The house is about a 15 minute walk into the town centre and bus station, maybe a 20 minute walk to the railway station.
I am a live in landlady, but I am now semi retired so I like to travel alot. I have another long term housemate who is at the house usually midweek only. The household is extremely easy going, sociable and friendly.
I am looking for a professional person who will respect my home and take responsibility for a little tidying/cleaning when necessary.
I don’t really want anyone who works from home permanently , the odd occasion is fine. I do insist on non smokers even if you smoke outside, it’s just not for me so please do not apply (vapes are fine).
