Double Room to rent in Beverley

I have a double room to rent in a two bed terrace house near to the railway station. The room will be available from the end of April. The house is on a quiet street less than 10 minute walk into town. The bedroom is at the front of the house and has a double bed, 2 sets of drawers, shelves, wardrobe and bedside table. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/living room and also a downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is parking right outside the house, although this isn't private I've never struggled to get a space.

I am fairly quiet but easy going and used to living with other people. I work weekends and some evenings with random days off during the week. It would suit someone who works monday to friday as you would have the house to yourself at weekends. I do have a dog, he's very quiet and comes to work with me during the day and in the evening he spends most of the time curled up asleep.
