Nice clean homly house

A nice quiet home looking for a couple of roommates to share full house. The home is furnished and as use of the garden private car parking to the front on a drive. If you don't drive or have a car we are on an excellent bus service, nearby is a local super market. A cleaner comes once a week she cleans all the communal areas she will also do washing and ironing but this will be an extra.
The house as two living rooms a large kitchen which includes oven, hob, washer, dryer, small table and all the bits and bobs for cooking.
Garden to the rear large and private includes table chairs and relaxing area.
Front drive which is adequate for two cars.
I am looking for two lodgers the first one in will have some say in the second as I wish to maintain a quiet homely house.
I work away quite a bit and its important to have a responsible person in.
The property as a shower and bath.
