Large double room, quiet home, nice location

Hi, my name's Paul. I've recently completed renovation work on my home including a new kitchen, bathroom and fresh decor throughout. The house is located in Cottingham, a few minutes walk from both the train station and the village centre. I work shift patterns and long hours so I won't be home a lot of the time. Because of the nature of my job, when I am home I like to rest and recharge my social battery, so more often then not will keep myself to myself! I'm a very friendly and sociable person but I love my downtime! I'm quiet and clean and hope to live with like-minded people. The house has three bedrooms and one is currently let to a lovely student and the second bedroom is used by me. All bills will be included. The home has super fast wifi, one bathroom upstairs as well as one toilet/ utility room downstairs, a washer, dryer and dishwasher and all other amenities you would expect in a modern home.
