Available for one lodger, a private double room in Driffield town centre 5 min walk to the train station. Private outdoor courtyard space outside your bedroom for storage or for sitting out. Shared bathroom. Access also to office/craft room space, living/dining room with games, books and TV, kitchen, garden, garden room. Also a workshop if desired for messy projects. Gated driveway parking. All bills included.

I am 30 years old and ideally seeking a professional female lodger around my own age, but open to males and other age ranges. I am happy to socialise and also can leave you to it - the house is big so plenty of space. I often work from home (I work full time). I like to play games, paint, and work on DIY projects when I'm not working for clients.
