Furnished double room in Driffield all bills incl

Hello :) I am looking for a housemate to stay for six months initially with potential to extend to up to two years from January onwards. My previous permitted occupier moved out due to her employment ending in the UK, we ended up being good friends.

The room is a double sized with a built in cupboard, it is furnished with a single bed, drawers and a corner desk with a desk chair. I also have a clothes rail I can put in there when you move in. All of the bills are included as well as super fast wifi.

There is onstreet parking there is always a space on our road or the next road over. The house is 15 mins walk from the train station and town centre and 10 mins walk from the local green space with a river and woods. There is a Lidl 8 minutes walk away as well.

The house has good energy and I like to keep it clean and relaxed. There is a nice garden, living room, kitchen and bathroom. All of the furniture and appliances are mine and in good working order, if anything breaks down we will split the cost to replace or repair it.

I have a little cat who is very sweet, she will most likely want to sit in your chair once you have become friends.

I work from home and do a lot of overtime so most of the time I am working. When I’m not I like trying out new recipes, going on walks in nature and visiting charity shops etc. I also do a lot of drawing and writing when I’m not working. Whilst I can be social and happy to cook/ share a meal or two with you or watch a film sometimes throughout the week, generally I’m quite busy for the time being. I’m not into partying and value peace.

No couples, students or additional pets due to my tenancy sorry. Females are preferred :).

Please note if you wish to move in the agent that manages the property for the landlord will want to meet you and you would need to fill out an application with them. You would not be on the tenancy but be classed as a permitted occupier.
