Female only- Single furnished room available

Quaint cottage near shops and local bus routes. This is a safe peaceful space. The single bedroom has furniture, storage, wardrobe, can provide desk and chair. The agreement comes room only with wifi, shared kitchen & bathroom. Quiet chill area in enclosed garden. I have a dog who is a rescue so strictly no other pets allowed.
The place does have a living room but that is my personal space unless the tenant and I agree differently at a later date.
