Lovely room near university 5 minute walk

I have a double room to let preferably to a female as I have 2 daughters that stay over now and again or if Im away. I am easy going pretty tidy and easy to get on with and like a laugh, life can be far to serious. The house is a lovely home not just a shared house, has broadband dishwasher washing machine 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, plenty of parking and a large garden. The last 2 lodgers that have moved on have left lovely thank you cards that are available to see we also keep in touch and your welcome to contact them for any references Viewing is essential with no obligation. All the viewers in the past have wanted the room any questions please feel free to ask. I am self employed so in and out all the time. I also have a couple of hobbies boat fishing and motorcycles so weekends I'm usually out.
I do have a cat I inherited and a well behaved dog as well as 2 tortoise.
