Double-room available in a 3 bedroom semi-D with parking space. The room is furnished with double-bed, wardrobe, side table & a bookshelf.

The 3rd room is used as a study with a PC desktop which is free for you to use.

You will have access to the main bathroom on the same level as the bedroom.

Currently, the en-suite master bedroom is let to another male professional as I'm based elsewhere in the country.

Otherwise, the house is fully-furnished with kitchen utilities, washing machine, dining table & chairs, 3+2-seater sofas in lounge & TV.

I am looking for a clean, tidy professional to share my house with. There is a driveway for one car, but space available on the kerb side for another car. The rear garden is of low maintenance with a patio area for you to enjoy on sunny days!

Most bills are included covering council tax, WiFi and Freeview. Utility bills are also included, however this must be of fair-usage.

Short-let or weekday stays will be considered.
