I have a very large converted attic room for rent in my family home. The furniture in there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers, dining table and chairs, two seater settee, tv with freeview, freezer, bed. The room has its own private shower room and toilet but these are not en suite. Basic bills are included (water, gas, electric, council tax etc) There is also the facility to add your own telephone line/broadband should you wish to pay for that. I have sky tv (not sport or films) but we can multiroom you for £10 extra a month if you so desire. You would share a kitchen with us, I have dishwasher, microwave cutlery, cupboards etc which you can share. There is also a small breakfast area and utility room to share. We dont mind couples, but no children please.
We are very close to holderness road with its myriad of shops and buses run about every two minutes into the town daily.
