Very large bedroom with double bed.
Large quiet house with only 3 people in total.

Very large furnished spacious bedrooms to rent on Boulevard. 5 minutes walk to Hessle Road and 5 min walk to Hull Royal Infirmary. All bills included.

Very large house with plenty of space and decent garden. Large double bed and large kitchen. 1 bathroom shared with 2 other people (Only 3 people in the house in total: live in landlord and 2 lodgers (including yourself).

Landlord is a 45 year-old professional small business owner originally from Belgium and the other occupier is a female professional aged 28 years old from Uganda who works nights.

We're both friendly, clean, we love cooking and sometimes have meals together or go to the park for walks. There is also a nice garden where we grow vegetables to eat at home.

Ideally looking for someone who is profession or a student who enjoy quiet times.

Please note there is a small dog in the house. The dog is a small Jack Russel with a lot of energy. She can get very excited because she is happy to see you around. She will bark when someone comes in or out of the house or if she hears noise upstairs. This could happen any time of the day or night however she comes to work with me so the dog is only home during evenings and weekends.

Maximum of 2 nights per week for overnight guests.
All occupiers are expected to share the cleaning duties for the communal areas. The Landlord reserves the right to charge a £10 weekly fee to hire a professional cleaner if the communal areas are not kept clean.
