We are offering this property on a massively reduced fee of £315 per week (all bills included) - we can offer shorter stays at slightly increased costs).

There's a large living room, with sofa / chair and TV. There are black out curtains.

The kitchen is large with all amenities and all cutlery etc is provided. There's a small table too.

The bathroom is modern with bath over shower. There's hot water on demand.

There are two double bedrooms and one single.

Bedroom 1 offers 2 x single beds, and wardrobes and drawers. All bedding is provided. There are bedside lamps too. There are blackout curtains.

Bedroom two offers a double bed, and again all furnishings listed above.

Bedroom three offers a single bed and all furnishings as above.

There is a large rear yard.

The house offers everything you need just to move in. You won't require anything. We are happy to offer weekly cleaning if required (at an extra charge)

Depending on status, we can in some cases offer a zero deposit.

The house is perfect if you are a group / family or even students.
