My house is ideally located close to the University of Hull and between Newland and Chanterlands Avenue. It has plenty of street parking and lot's of nearby amenities.
The room is furnished nicely, the internet speed is excellent and the house has everything you need. I ask for £400 per month. Only Fibre broadband is included, the rest is split with the other tenant. Everything in the house is fine to be used; fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, garden etc.
The other tenant is a professional, he's a physio. He's easy going, friendly and loves sport and music.
Looking for a tenant, individual professionals or students preferred please.
