Also if the new tenant wishes a double bed instead of single, we will fit a new one.

Close to Royal Infirmary Hospital (5 minutes bus ride, 25 minutes walking)

The reason of lower price: we have 2 children. Their dad is most of times away with his work, he is home on the weekends.
Most of times is one adult and 2 children during week time.
Usually we are away most in the day time.
Preferably someone that has been around children, or lived with one.
The door room can be locked from inside and out, so the children cannot get in.
