Double room in Hull old town

Hello! I’m a professional working in healthcare manufacturing in Hull. I live in a lovely two bed in Old Town and my current housemate is moving out during August. The flat is really spacious, some old features but also modern. The available room is a double bedroom, and there's one shared bathroom in the flat. There’s also an extra toilet in the building if required. It’s on the top floor so a few flights of stairs required to access. Rent for the room is £375 a month including Wi-Fi, and bills are roughly around £150 a month.
