This is a generously sized double room in a 4 bedroom house with other students and one professional. There is a living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. There is also a small garden where you can have a bbq or 2 should the sun decide to make an appearance :-)

The kitchen has all the mod cons one can expect - oven cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc. The room has a desk and chair for studying.

All bills included in the price including fast wi fi.

We will require you to commit to a year's contract to the end of your academic year. A 2-week deposit will also be required or details of a guarantor.
