I have available a fully furnished terraced house located in a quiet street in North Hull (HU7).
Off street parking is available at the front of the property with outdoor CCTV fitted. Public transport is also available around the area with numerous services running.
Local convenience stores are a 5 minute walk away, Super stores within a 15-20 minute walk and the town centre a 10-15 minute drive away.

Also I am very fortunate to have fantastic neighbours.

With this property you would have full use of the whole house except for my bedroom.

The large double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a 42in smart tv.

The smaller bedroom is ideal for an office or for storage.

The 3rd bedroom is occupied by myself.
I work away during the week, and sometimes return on a Friday evening to visit family and friends, and when possible to enjoy my hobby. I stay either just the Friday night or Friday and Saturday nights, and often don't return at all. 2 days notice will be given prior to my returning for these visits.

The Bathroom has a P shaped bath with an electric shower with good water pressure.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large double door fridge freezer, oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils etc. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.

The living room has 2 x 3 seater sofas, foot puffy, other associated furniture including a 55in smart TV with a complete tv package.

All bills are included; gas, electricity, water rates, TV licence, council tax, fast WiFi and the TV package.

There is central heating throughout the property.

Concerning pets, I am OK with 1 or 2 cats and there is already a catflap fitted in the door to the back garden if required.
