Hi all, I'm a live in landlord, work from home as an IT manager have 1 spare room in house setup. Available now.

House set up is a 5 bed (3 bedrooms, 1 office and 1 gym (TBC)), 2 living rooms plus seperate dining room, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and seperate utility room with washer / dryer etc.

Professional maid attends the property weekly to clean communal areas.

Rent for 500/month or 115/week whichevers easier. Due to licencing no couples of kids able to stay unfortunately.

LGBTQ+ / Neurodivergent friendly.

Bills all inclusive but to be perfectly clear that means it includes : Elec, gas, water, council tax, tv licence, internet, sky, netflix and maid.

No pets unless its like a goldfish or a turtle in a tank in your room.

Smokers are fine as long as you just smoke outside the property at either front or back door.

As i work from home im generally here to accept parcels almost like a concierge but otherwise generally speaking always available if you want to come see the place. look forward to any enquiries.
