Furnished Double room - All Bills included

Have a large 5 bed house (although not renting out 5 rooms, only 2). Im a live in landlord, work from home as an IT manager. There is 1 other guy renting here who i've known 20+ years.

1 room is my office, 1 room is being turned into a gym other 3 is the 3 bedrooms.

On top of the 5 rooms listed (which is the 2nd floor) there are 3 living/dining rooms downstairs, so you will most likely have your own living space as well. All fully furnished (couch, bed, TVs, table, chairs, dressers etc).

Rent is aimed to be 500/month but negotioable for the right person, bills all inclusive but to be perfectly clear that includes : Elec, gas, water, council tax, tv licence, internet, sky and netflix.

I dont plan on getting a HMO so no couples unfortunately. Also no pets unless its like a fish or a turtle in a tank in your room.

Smokers are fine just smoke outside the property at either front or back door. Just because the whole place has been refurnished in the last 3 months (carpets, laminate flooring, paint, kitchen, furnishings etc - everything is new) 🙂
