House is accessible through the front and back door, back door looks onto wilburforce carpark so very short distance to campus.

Housemates are all very friendly (mainly postgrad) and everyone gets on well, I am leaving the house due to termination of course and looking for someone to fill my contract.

On street parking is available, a council permit is required which is reimbursed by the housing agency (UQ)
