Studio Apartment- 5 minutes from University

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my contract due to start next year in August (29th). The contract in question is for an ensuite studio apartment currently rented by University Quarter, they will be the providers of your contract. I am looking for a student to take this contract from me as I have to unfortunately leave Hull as my academic circumstances have changed and I am no longer due to study here next year. The weekly rate is 208.50GBP, which will be paid in 3 instalments that align with Student Finance England payments. The 99GBP security deposit doesn't have to be paid until the 29th of August 2025, which is when the contract is due to start, with the contract ending on the 13th of August 2026, making the number of weeks in the term 50 weeks.
