Modern Student accommodation available !

Im looking for someone to take my lease for the upcoming academic year. The decent sized double room, along with en-suite, is located on Cottingham Road, Hull (5 min walk from uni, if that !). The 4 bed house has a modern, spacious shared living area with a garden in the back and parking at the front of the property too. There is a small deposit due (£99) before the move in date. The rent is £142 per week . The contract starts from the 15th of August 2025 and terminates on the 16th of July 2026. I am looking for any new or current students interested, to take on this contract.
