The price excludes water, gas and electricity, which are to be paid monthly.
The flat is bright, spacious and includes access to a garden, which is shared with the friendly couple who live in the upstairs flat.
There is plenty of street parking available if you own a car. If you will be using public transport, there's a bus stop is located at the end of the road that can get you into the city in 15 minutes.
The bedroom that you will be renting is the 13'4" x 14'9" one on the floor plan.
The black squares on the photos are to cover up the estate agent logos, which Spare Room doesn't allow on its website - sorry about that!
