I have 2 rooms to rent for student

Hi. I have a single room ( ground floor) and a double room (1st floor) to rent that can move in as soon as your request. These rooms are suitable for student who want an affordable price in a quiet place. Wifi and water bill are included. Gas and electricity are not, but will add £60 if you want to included these bills, fair usage policy applied.

For double room, price as described for one. If you want to share with one more person, £500/month for 2 and bill included. Fair usage policy applied

Location of this house is in the middle of university and city centre. To university and city centre: 30 mins walk or 9 mins on bike.

Shops and supermarkets are nearby. To Tesco: 9 mins, Asda: 15 mins. Bus stop is 6 mins away.

House is fully furnished. We have one shared bathroom. Clean after yourself is needed in this house as we want a nice and clean place.
