Room in a friendly, professional house

I'm currently living in a beautiful house in Hull but have to move out for personal reasons.

All the other tenants are clean and friendly, and the house is a nice place to live.

The room is semi-ensuite and comfortable.

All bills (incl. Council tax and weekly cleaner for communal areas) are included. The letting agent is responsive and has fixed any issues very quickly.
