My partner and I are looking to move into our own place and need people to take over our contracts.

The house has 4 bedrooms total, has a shared kitchen and living area, and both an upstairs and downstairs bathroom. There's a small back garden with gate access to the street connected to the kitchen.

The property is a 10-15 minute walk away from the University and less than a 5 minute walk away from Newland Avenue (a highstreet packed with nightlife, cafes, and takeaways).
