It’s only a few minutes’ walk to KC Stadium and 15 minutes’ walk into the city Centre. The house provides great transport links into Hull City Centre, all nearby shops and amenities. There are buses in all directions.

This room would be suitable for working professionals as close to city Centre and the hospital.

Kitchen with a sink, Fridge Freezer, undercounter fridge, separate freezer, Washer & Dryer. A Modern Lounge with 40 Inch High End Smart TV, Unlimited Superfast Broadband & Sofas.

It is a Large House, The Bathroom has been recently renovated, has a brand new shower with Cubicle, Sink & WC and separate toliet.

Each bedroom is furnished to a high standard with bed, Wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and lamps – All rooms have high standard security key code door entry systems. All rooms are provided with Digital Tv Ariel Points – this is so you can plug the TV in straight away or connect to the internet.

Communal cleaner visits once a fortnight to give all the communal areas a good clean.

Tenants – There is currently 2 females and 1 male currently living in the house who are all working professionals. We are looking for working people, References & an guarantor may be requested.
