The room has just been freshly painted and fitted with a brand new carpet, so it’s clean, bright and ready to move straight into.

The house is a calm, clean and respectful space, so I’m ideally looking for someone similar – independent, tidy, and happy living in a quieter home rather than a party house.

I live here with my friendly whippet, so you would need to be comfortable around dogs 🐾 Smoking is fine, but only outside.
