It’s furnished with bed, bedside cabinet, chest of draws, storage space for hanging clothes. All the bed linen, pillows, towels etc are suppled, The lounge and conservatory are in the process of being decorated. The kitchen is new, but not tiled yet, with induction hob, microwave, Auto-dose washing machine, single oven & dishwasher, drier & fridge freezer. The shared bathroom has toilet, shower & sink. There is a greenhouse and secure garden for the green fingered at the rear. Located in a low crime area, the parking and rear is covered by CCTV. A well behaved child sharing the same room is ok.
The Uni is within cycling/bus distance. I have a Lhasa Apso Dog (3yrs, Male) who is very friendly & Hypoallergenic. I would consider another small non-moulting dog or cat (neutered).
